For a Halloween-event in 2014, I made scary objects to decorate the narrative space. One of them were books with screamy messy colors in mind. I spread the book covers upwards and action-painted them with all paints I could find. They iridescent because the paints weren’t compatible. To finalize them I used a marker and draw faces, animals… on it.
I reshaped the inside of each book by cutting, sketching, painting, writing and pasting objects in them. This became a weekly diary with creative ideas for 26 weeks. The books are too complex to be showed.
The scary soundtrack we used for the event: Nosferatu by Art Zoyd.
