A pale doll-like face emerges from a storm of shards. Her eyes are blank white, her lips painted blood-red, her nose marked with a red wound that runs like rouge. Strands of dark hair drift up from the broken plane into the swirling blue around her. Beneath the hair, on her forehead, a small red eye glows.

Broken Memory? — the question mark is the honest part. The figure may be a memory, or she may be what is left of one when the memory has been turned over too many times to stay whole. Her wounds are not injuries; they are make-up that has run. Her eyes do not see; they have been painted on.
