Artwork description
I had a waking vision of a vast wasteland, the soil tarry and toxic, the air chocked with carcinogenic smog, belched forth from colossal columns, piercing the very sky, each baring the a variety of visages of some long forgotten despotic titans, perhaps the architects of this oligarchic Hellscape. My third piece in this series, “Smokestack Cenotaph 3” features three portraits one of the “architects” during three stages of his life, chronicling his transcendence into post human, cybernetic existence.
