Artwork description

This is loss, grief. This is the internal war of giving it everything you had and not succeeding. It is a silence, where only ghosts and nightmares inhabit the landscape. This work was the center piece of Denzy’s Solo exhibition at the Pennsylvania State Capitol May 2023. Its graphic nature almost had the entire show pulled from the East Rotunda as some capitol goers and politicians found it “offensive.”
