Crowned King

In this image you see Jesus bound and crowned with a crown of thorns that the roman soldiers would force him to ware. This when the Sanhedrin would hand him over to Piolet claiming that Jesus says that he is the king of the Jews. That would be the question Piolet wanted to know, was Jesus King of the Jews? Jesus gave them no help in answering this question, and in their torturous way for contempt the romans would fashion a crown of thorns and force it onto his head. A painful display for defiance. Jesus would ware this crown till his death digging into his scull with every movement.
