Kristen O'Keefe Biography

Kristen O'Keefe was born and raised in Reston, Virginia and currently resides in Maryland. Her artistic influences include Camilla D'Errico and Salvador Dali, as well as Kat Von D and Banksy. Kristen is inspired by human and animal anatomy, as well as by the juxtaposition of things living and dead coexisting. Kristen is inspired by her mental health journey, and the fuel of imagination. Her mediums of choice are acrylic paint and colored pencil. Having taken college level courses in drawing and graphic design, she is self taught in painting but combines her knowledge from both to make her masterpieces.
