J.M. Antman Biography

Sweden, born 1990

J.M Antman, born 1990 in beautiful Stockholm, Sweden. A cold winter night which made her love for darkness that much clearer as well as a love for being creative. She comes from a very musical family, but music was never J.M's thing. She prefered her dark corner with a pen and paper in hand visualizing the demons that were haunting her mind since the world don't take kindly to weirdos.

J.M Antman got the Autism diagnose, former known as asperger, very late in her life, not until well in her 20's and beforehand she struggled in school, struggled to get a job and struggled to fit in to society norm. She've heard countless times that she wouldn't amount to nothing, that everything she did was pointless and that struggle is very appearant in her art. She started out drawing the characters in her stories, perfecting the hand struggle and human anatomy pretty much on her own. The only artschool she went to was Fredrika Bremer, but due to mental health issues led to a lot of absence. However, a very driven heart and determination her skill as an artist could only grow and now people have desired her work for a while.
