Dru is a nomadic creator with an academic background in art conservation.

An enigmatic alchemist at heart; he is dedicated to the pursuit of wisdom and the transformation of things. He collects fragments to be distorted and mutated into an expression of the human experience, embracing the repulsive. Cloaked in an aesthetic of dark surrealism and the macabre, his work is an introspective exploration of pain and a transformation towards healing.

Dru’s art is experimental and navigates various media in response to his changing environment. Nurtured in a milieu steeped in ritual, his work is often imbued with symbolic references that provoke convention or reinfuse it with contemporaneity.
