Artwork description
“I woke up sitting in the car with some dude. I was sure I knew him, but the face – I can not remember any faces, because I have prosopagnosia. A disability that makes me almost blind, I can not recognize the face of a person I meet and I know. I am dealing with it and am now very sensitive to every small move, characteristic expression, or body language. Especially ticks that are not controlled by our conscious mind.
The car stopped and the man told me to get out. The driver opened the trunk and dragged out a guy tied and gagged. They make him kneel before us. I remember this glance. Mine and the guy who sat with me in the car, our eyes met and everything was clear. He gave me a gun. Glock 17, you know my dear Sis, I know almost everything about pistols. I took the gun and in one second, without a blink, I aimed at the back of the head man kneeling before me, pulled the trigger, and killed him instantly. No doubts, no remorse, no regrets. Probably it was a bloody day. Sis, what do you think? Was it bad? Or inevitable? I presume the only thing that mattered was how it would play out and end.” AS
In addition to the original painting, I am sending prints with the signed certificate and a friendly note from me.
